The goal of a seat clinic led by Mari Zetterqvist Blokhuis is to improve the rider’s seat and position. These events, which take place in different locations in Sweden, combine theoretical teaching with practical demonstrations.

Our clinics show the importance of the rider’s seat and position for the different disciplines of equestrian sport. Riders are given practical tips on how to improve their seat, both on horseback and through relaxed exercises.

Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, participants will learn how small adjustments to the seat can make a big difference and the impact the seat has on both the horse’s movement and communication between rider and horse.

From understanding the importance of good seat and position to creating balance, stability and harmony in the saddle, these clinics offer invaluable insights for riders of all levels. With Mari Zetterqvist Blokhuis’ guiding expertise, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to take their riding to the next level, ultimately improving the riders’ experience and leading to both success and healthier horses.
